Santorini Princess Presidential Suites will authorize your credit card and in case authorization is declined reserves the right to decline the booking. Reservations can be cancelled up to 22 days prior to arrival free of charge. If reservation is cancelled: from 21 to 15 days prior to the confirmed arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged. From 14 to 8 days prior to the confirmed arrival date of the visitor - client, 75% of the total amount of the stay is charged. From 7 days or less prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the total amount of the stay is charged. In case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled departure date, the total amount of the stay is charged. The “overnight stay tax” as presented in L. 4389/2016 and/or any modification of the same will be paid by the guest at the hotel. According to this law, and because we are a five star hotel, all guests will be requested to pay the extra amount of 4€ per night additionally to the price they have been quoted for the accommodation. .

The staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible - nothing was too much, from booking restaurants or beach side cabanas they knew where and what to do...taking out all the hassle. Ideal location (although Santorini being an island, it does get at times a bit windy), these villas are away from the hustle and bustle of Thera (but close enough by hotel transport - at a charge but reasonable) and if you want the luxury (private pool/spa and own grass area) there is no better alternative than this. Would recommend this to anyone wanting their own space and privacy which is lost when in Thera. | 5 |

Every single person was above and beyond nice, and our time there was full of laughter and service with a smile. I would definitely return! My (new!) husband and I had our wedding at the villa, for a group of 10, and it was perfect. The day of, everyone at the hotel was so accomodating and the dinner they provided for our group was FANTASTIC! If you are thinking about staying at the Princess Suites, stop thinking and just do it! The staff were absolutely fantastic and so helpful and gratuitous. Breakfasts on the terrace were fantastic. We spent 3 nights at Santorini Princess Presidential Suites in Akrotiri.We rented 3 villas for 18 of us. We absolutely loved our stay---so much that we did not want to leave! Helen & George were amazing ---the whole staff made us feel welcome and that everything was possible. Dreams do come true at this hotel! The hotel organized 2 dinners ( one by candlelight )for our group and organized a party bus for our night out in Fira. The pictures do not do it justice...Breathtaking beautiful!! The decor, the layout of the rooms , the view !!! WOW !!! The breakfast every morning was prepared and brought to our villas was also unbelievable ! The basketball net was a bonus as it was used by the adults and teens of our group every night. We would definitely be back and stay at this beautiful hotel ! Service was exceptional !! | 5 |

A stay here will leave you refreshed and spoilt as nothing repeat nothing is too much trouble for these guys.
